Sir,
In continuation of my despatch No. 78 Secret dated
the first instant I have the honour to enclose herewith
copy and translation of a paragraph that appeared in today's issue of the " 72 Hong Merchants" Newspaper" of
Canton, from which it appears that Chinese students here,
as elsewhere in China, are forming a "Ten Men Corps"
(
),with the object so far as is known at
present of carrying on the Japanese boycott campaign
with greater vigour.
